How can we describe today’s recipe? It will result in a classy dish which turns every table into culinary show scenery. So prepare for some ingredient shopping and get in the mood for cooking.
What you will need:
2 larger turkey chests
2 mozzarella cheese
300 g fresh spinach
1 fresh garlic
What you will do:
Use meat hammer on turkey chests until they are thin and of the same thickness level. However, don’t overdo, as stuffing will leak if holes appear.
Blanche spinach in boiling water and decant thoroughly. On a medium flame, melt some butter and fry onion to golden color. Insert spinach, but only for a moment to avoid withering. As for mozzarella, slice it on small pieces.
Salt and pepper turkey chests, and align them so they resemble a large meat chop. Center minced spinach and mozzarella slices on every piece. Roll the meat, and burst with toothpicks.
Fry meat on olive oil from all sides, cover with cooking foil and insert for 30 minutes in oven at 180°C. Serve next to a bowl of mixed green salad, rucola and minced basil.
