Now, garlic is a problematic spice. Large quantities lead to some nasty breath. However, once we put that fact aside, we receive one of the healthiest ingredients you can add to your nutrition. Not just that, but a prudent chef can do great thing with this veggie, as it can really add taste to your meal. Here’s how to make a dish called garlic chicken.
What you will need
1 leaf fresh sage
3 cloves of garlic
6 spoons of butter
2 spoons of olive oil
Minced black pepper
Twigs of parsley
2 small onions
Croatian Flower of Salt
Garlic Chicken Preparation
Heat the oven up to 240 °C. Wash the chicken meat with cold water and dry it using paper towels. Peel the lemon skin, and cut on small pieces (try to remove the white parts). Mince the sage and onion. Combine all ingredients, adding butter and salt along the way. The peeled lemon should be cut on quarters.
Use small kitchen knife to cut the skin of chicken breasts and drumsticks. Stuff the space between skin and meat with the mixture from the previous paragraph. Rub the chicken from outside with oil, salt and pepper. Additionally put quarters of lemon and onion inside the chicken, together with some parsley. Use kitchen rope to tie the legs of the garlic chicken. Take kitchen mold, cover its bottom with the remaining onion, and insert chicken on the top of it.
Roast the meat for twenty minutes, and then lower the temperature to 200 °C. Thermally process for another hour. When the meal is finally done, leave it at room temperature for ten minutes and then begin cutting on small pieces. Serve on top of bread slices, and sprinkle with Croatian Flower of Salt (use regular salt if not able to get this unique Croatian product).
